How the commission works

- Commission is 20% of the net subscription amount MediSync collects from each organization you refer.
- You earn on every successful monthly or yearly invoice — the moment a referral pauses, cancels, or lapses on payment, commission for that organization stops.
- Commissions accrue as invoices are collected and are paid out on a monthly schedule once your balance clears the minimum payout threshold.
- Referrals are attributed to the affiliate whose link the organization signed up through; self-referrals and referrals of organizations you own are not eligible.
- Full terms are provided in the affiliate agreement you receive when your application is approved.

Questions, answered
How long do I keep earning on a referral?
For the entire lifetime of that organization’s subscription. As long as they keep paying — month after month or year after year — you keep earning 20%. If they cancel, that stream simply ends; there is no clawback on commission already paid.
Does it work for both monthly and yearly plans?
Yes. You earn 20% of whatever the organization is billed. On a monthly plan that is 20% each month; on an annual plan it is 20% of the yearly invoice, each year they renew.
Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
No. There is no cap on the number of clinics you refer or on total commission. Your earnings scale directly with the subscriptions you bring in and how long they stay.
How is this different from the Partner program?
Affiliates refer clinics to MediSync and earn commission — you never touch billing or support. The Partner (white-label) program is for resellers who run a portfolio of clinics under their own brand and pricing. If that is you, the Partner program is the better fit.
How do I get paid?
Approved affiliates receive payouts on a monthly schedule for all commission accrued from collected invoices. Payout details are confirmed during onboarding.
